I have a model 400-DST. need new locknuts to reinstall. Label say: MFG T11/1218. 19:10:09. When I try to get the part from the spec sheet it keeps referring me to a wider soap dispenser part. What part no do I order? Faucet has plastic unit base.

What is the replacement model number for the Trinsic RP78489 soap dispenser nut? The threads on the RP21945 that I recently purchased are too fine for the assembly.

I have a 9197-cs-pr- faucet with matching soap dispenser and am missing the soap dispenser nut and bottle? can you please recommend a replacement that I can use.

For the RP100735CZPR soap dispenser included with the faucet model 9197-CZ-PR-DST, Unfortunately the replacement nut RP78490 and a replacement bottle RP78489 are discontinued as individual parts.
The soap dispenser may need to be replaced. Please reach out with any additional questions!
