I need a set screw for the Trinsic Robe Hook, Part 379935 (an installer accidentally lost it and I cannot find one in a hardware store to fit)

Thank you for your question, Big Ring! The set screw is not sold separately from the mounting anchor and a new one will need to be purchased. The correct part number needed will depend on the finish as seen in on page 2 of the Maintenance and Installation Manual below. Alternatively this screw may be found locally at plumbing supplier. Is this the set screw to use for the handles on older Monitor series (2 handles, temp control and volume control separate)? Thanks!

Model #16970-SSSD-DST: the indicator button from the handle fell out.  Is this the same part as the set screw part #RP23093? How do I replace these?

What size is the size wrench needed for the set screw

I see from the manual that a 1/8" size wrench may be needed for the handle set screw. Is this a star wrench or an allen wrench?
