Can this/another 1/4" stop be "plugged" in to existing 1/4" stop (small oval hole on top)? I have RP24096 with newer handles from trim T2705, but with older rough. New handles are taller, so handles rotate backwards slightly. Taller stop may fix this.

Does this come as a pair? Or is it a single stop?

The Delta Faucet RP24097 1/4 Turn Stop goes to the back on the cold side stem unit and to the front on the hot side.

I have a T2710 and already upgraded to the RP25513 stems. I now want to replace with a T27xx unit with lever handles. They will hit the spout due to 8” centers on rough-in. If I use the 1/4 stops to limit travel to 90 degrees will that restrict max flow?

Yes, you can add the 1/4 turn stop, which would limit the handles. However, it would cause the handle to not reach the full open hot side, which would restrict the temperature.

I have a Victorian 2 handle bathroom faucet. Do I need to have RP24097 with RP24096? I just bought RP24096 for replacement.

The Delta Faucet part RP24097 can be reused, this part is required for proper handle operation if the original faucet came with this unit.

My Delta bathroom faucet 25996LF-BN is dripping water from the rear bottom, I have replaced all parts concern about the faucet leak. The only thing I have noticed is that new cartridges came without a turn stops . It's that could be the problem.
