I have a bathroom sink faucet whose handles look exactly like 3577pn-212pn. I believe that a plumber inadvertently walked off with the set screws. Which set screws should i order?  Thanks.

My Valdosta kitchen faucet handle will not stay on. I have tightened the set screw many times but after a few uses it comes off.  It appears that the set screw is too little.  What do I do?
