Can you just get the knob without the lift rod?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # RP26165 is only available with the lift rod and the finial together.

How long is the rod?

The Delta Innovations® Lift Rod - Lavatory In Pearl Nickel MODEL#: RP26165NN is discontinued but it is 4 1/2" (114 mm) long.
