Delta Stands Behind It's Products 100%
I called to inquire about a drain assembly that has been in our master bath for 23 years. It has started to lack sealing totally. I called the Delta warranty department and they were OUTSTANDING in assisting me with the full replacement at no cost as Delta stands behind their lifetime warranty....I will not use any other product except Delta...

Two in three years! Disappointed in the quality.
I purchased this direct from Delta about 8-9 months ago as a replacement for the original that was newly installed in 2020 as part of a bathroom remodel. The finish wore off on the original and the replacement has suffered the same fate - but much more quickly. Very disappointed in the quality given the cost. There is nothing special about what happens in my sink. Soap, water, toothpaste, mouthwash, and standard cleaning. All the normal things that would happen in a bathroom sink.

It's a drain pipe!
I bought this item to replace the one that was installed in April 2020 when we had our master bathroom renovated. The black matte finish had worn off the flange and unfortunately I couldn't just purchase the flange in a black matte finish. Really do like the black matte finish, but I was disappointed that the original only lasted a little over two years. I hope this new one fares better. Installation was fairly straightforward.

No lift rod. Went through 2 saw zaw blades trying to cut tailpiece.cant cut with pipe cutters. Delta is nothing but overpriced junk!

Just like the picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this product online and it is exactly what I was looking for. It is a replacement to what I have. I got very good customer support on the phone as well. Do not use harsh chemicals when cleaning your sink, it may take away the finish of this product.
