how to connect the quick connect
Hi oneigolfer,
Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP31612.
When installing the spray and hose quick connect, take the quick connect side and push it up onto the pipe till you hear it click. Then give a little tug to make sure the connection is secure before you turn the water on to check for leaks.

Would this spray and hose work with a 175 classic model as a replacement for the rp39360? Can the spray be screwed on without replacing hose? The handle has broken on the original spray head.

The head of the sprayer does detach from the sprayer hose. You can remove it by unthreading it from the hose.

The directions for install are simplified, are there more comprehensive instructions? I have a spray hose nipple, but the quick connect does not want to lock on, any tips?

When installing the spray and hose quick snap, you take the quick connect side and push it up onto the pipe till you hear it click. What size rubber Oring is to seal the hose with the handle from leaking?

All I want is the sprayer handle, not the hose and other stuff, can I just purchase that? My sprayer only lasts about a year before it starts sticking and I have to purchase a whole kit, I only need the sprayer. rp31612 is the kit, again I only need spray

when you connect the spray hose to the water line do you take the retainer clip off the assembley

If you remove the quick connect parts it may not be put back together properly, which could cause a leak.

Does this fit the B2410LF faucet?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP31612.
It will depend on the version of the B2410LF faucet. This sprayer and hose will fit if you have a threaded connection.
For a quick connection, use RP103754. This also replaces a white square quick connection by using the entire kit.

My kitchen sink Sprayer sprung a leak..... My old sink N174-WHWF was purchased and installed in November 2001..it has brass connectors and the newer sprayer has a quick connect adapter which is not compatable...does this packet have an adapter?

My Delta spray handle broke and I do not want to replace the hose assembly under the sink. Can the spray handle for RP31612-3 be purchased separately from the Universal Spray & Hose Replacement Kit?
