I was surprise to receive the loop handle, I thought I was ordering the straight handle, but this worked out any way. It seems that the product number remained the same but actual item is different, the inside parts did not fit properly, I had to make do with the old and send the new parts back.

What is the finish on this handle kit?
Many of the places I have found this kit (part RP32183) seem to have a polished chrome finish, but our faucet has a brushed nickel finish. How can I be sure to order the replacement handle with the correct finish?
Hi Thayer, Thank you for your question. The RP32183 single loop handle is currently only available in the chrome finish. RP28898SS is another style of lever handle that will work with your faucet.

I have a RP32183 Loop Handle in chrome that is leaking out of the base. I have already replace the ball, cam, adjusting ring and seat springs. I see from my original paperwork that this handle has a lifetime warranty. How do I order a replacement?
I need in Stainless.

Unfortunately, this handle is only available in chrome. RP28898SS is a handle in stainless.
