ASHLYN HORIZONTAL ROD FOR DRAIN METAL POP UP
Just had a new Ashlyn bathroom faucet installed. The horizontal rod that comes with the faucet is about 4 inches too short. My plumber had to 90 degree bend the down strap in two places for the horizontal rod to connect thus now not a smooth operation. I asked Delta Customer Service to provide the longer horizontal rod for this new faucet - I was sent a link to purchase the correct length horizontal rod. I've used Delta faucets for over 45 years and was never told to purchase a part that is compatible/works with a new faucet. Very disappointed and will think twice about buying another Delta faucet.

No Quality Control
I purchased a Delta bathroom faucet and the horizontal lever arm was to short for the new modern sinks that are being installed in homes. I was forced to purchase this product so the sink stopper would operate properly. I was shocked when I ordered the part from Delta key suppliers of Lowes, Home Depot, Amazon and others that each time I ordered that part it was shipped by Delta as defective (the plastic ball assembly is not attached to the rod). I am appalled how can ship to their key suppliers defective parts. Delta has to have the worst quality control to ship defect parts consistently. I needed (3) of this part and from 3 different suppliers and each time the parts were delivered defective. After this experience I will never purchase a Delta faucet again. In addition, I will be returning the faucets I purchased.

Delta extension drain arm
Seemed to looked just like the shorter version that came with the faucet. It was actually a little too long, but just cut 1/2” off the end and worked perfect.

I recently bought RP33805 but the ball is too big. Is there something with a smaller diameter?

Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, we do not have a rod with a smaller diameter ball. This horizontal rod is only designed to work with a metal pop-up.
If you have a plastic pop-up you can replace it with the RP26533 pop-up assembly to use the RP33805 rod.

I need a t least a 10 inch ball rod 9horizontal rod for pop up drain)
I just bought the brizo sotria faucets for build.com and it came with a 6 inch ball rod and the distance i need is at the very least 10 inches. can you send the right size rods...

The standard horizontal rod included with our products is 6 1/8". We do offer longer rods such as the RP33805 horizontal rod which is 10 1/8" or the RP39922 which is 11 13/16".

I cannot find technical info on part #RP 33805 specifically the length of this rod. I need to replace RP 12517 ,which is to short, for something longer.

Can I substitute RP22828 & RP33805 horizontal rods for the one that comes w the 3594-MPU-DST. The rod w the 3594 has plastic on both sides of the plastic ball (it's all 1 piece of molded plastic) while the RP22828 & RP33805 only have plastic on one side
