Your pictures of the individual parts in the kit are too small to see and they each need to be labeled with the name you have given them. Adjusting ring? Cap assembly? Your customer doesn't know what those parts are without a lot of effort. Your kit should have a list of what's included and a clear picture of what each part looks like.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unbeatable customer service I have a kitchen faucet (Delta 470SS) installed back in 2006. Developed a slight leak over a year ago -- handle/lever had to be in a particular/off-center position to prevent drips. A few weeks ago, nothing would stop the dripping. Called Delta, they were kind enough to send this repair kit as well as a new ball assy - no charge! Although intimidating at first glance, very easy to install and now faucet works/feels like new. Delta fully supported my 14 year old faucet - how is that for customer service?! I am a huge Delta advocate. I actually bought a fancy new Kohler touchless faucet to replace the Delta, but I will now return it.

Where do I find the model number on a Delta kitchen faucet? Highrise spout with sprayer.

Hi John, Thanks for your question regarding RP3614! Our Delta Faucets with PEX supply lines would have a tag located on the hot side supply. However, any model with copper supply lines do not, the model number can be found on the box, paperwork, or receipt of purchase. I have a single handle shower faucet and I don’t know how to identify what model it is to order a re-seal kit for it. It’s leaking out of the shower head when it’s off and it’s only 3 years old

I have a 156-SSWF that drips from the spout when the faucet has been turned off for a long period of time. It also sometimes leaks around the handle when on or off. What parts do I need to order?

I have a Victorian single handle faucet Model #155-SSWF that was installed when our house was built in 2006. It is now leaking from the joint at the middle of the spout, only when the water is turned on. I would like to order a repair kit to fix this.

Will this repair kit work on the delta B4410LF-ss kitchen faucet. Specifically are they the correct O rings? The faucet is a delta foundations purchased at home depot. Although all markings are delta. It appears to have peerless internal part numbers.
