Beware the plumber
Our plumber ordered the incorrect part to fix something that wasn't broken -- "just to be safe." However, the one you delivered (as ordered) had two new disconnects, so he managed to create a functional one for the sprayer out of all the parts he now had. Why did the sprayer's disconnect fail? Believe it was damaged when our plumber had to disconnect it to tighten the nut which held the main faucet valve in place. Why did it become loose? Because plumber replaced the valve's contents with the wrong kit, making it very stiff to turn on and off. Final fix: I ordered the correct valve parts, installed them simply and easily, and the main faucet now works smoothly to a gentle touch. If the plumber's jury rigged quick disconnect to the sprayer fails, I'll be ordering at least another sprayer with hose. Sigh....

I broke the black plastic part off of the faucet stem end while trying to remove the faucet. Now I want to reconnect it to the faucet stem. Is the black plastic part necessary? The faucet is the victorian single-handle 155 from 2007/2008.

Yes, the clip and all parts are necessary to secure the hose. Pull down moderately to ensure a secure connection. See the 155-WF series manual and parts diagram for more information:

How do you disconnect the fittings to replace the hose?
Thank you for your question, Paul! To remove the RP37033 quick connect hose you will need to push firmly on the base of the coupling which will open up the fitting. Push up slightly and pull down to remove. Feel free to contact us directly, if you need further assistance.

Does RP13938 require a white plastic seal?

does this quick connect spout hose (RP37033) simply connect by inserting each end until it snaps on?

On the Delta RP37033, you will want to push the connector up onto the pipe, till you hear it click. Then I recommend pulling down slightly to make sure the connection is secure.

I have a wide spread delta bathroom sink. The quick connect (first generation) are leaking. Do you have replacement for them?
What's the measurement of this hose? can you use this spout hose on delta model 11946-sd single lever Pilar kitchen faucet the replacement part number is Rp37033 my old one measured 18"

What is material hose is made of? Rubber? Plastic? Polyurethane? I need product material description.

Unfortunately, we do not have a breakdown of all materials used in this part. But our hoses may use synthetic rubber - EDPM, santoprene, vinyl, nylon, and plastics.

Is the spout hose RP37033 compatible with graves single handle kitchen faucet model 186 & 187 and where can I buy it?
