good price, quick shipment, wrong part
I ordered this replacement part with the exact RP# from Delta's exploded view of my faucet. It arrived quickly. When trying to install it, I noticed that one of the fittings are not the same as my original part. After much investigation online, I've learned that Delta changed this assembly to their Quick Snap connection style . Either they didn't change the part number or this part is numbered incorrectly. Since I can't find a single connecting line with the Quick Snap end, I can't install the part. The RP34352 is recommended, but it is an assembly with three quick connect points. I can't use it because my original faucet has no quick connections on it - only this new part. This is so frustrating! Now I face restocking and return fees, despite my ordering the "correct" part by number. I may also have to purchase an entirely new faucet with new rough-in parts.

The RP34368 quick connect end valve assembly is the replacement model for the rp38367 quick connect end valve assembly. Both units take the same parts.

What is the name and the part number of the whole cylinder in which the RP13938 is found?
The O-Ring RP13938 is found in the short leg (tube) of the complete part that I need. This part connects to the hot and cold water lines. It has one big cylinder with two legs (tubes).
What is the name and part number of this part?
Hi Carlos, Thank you for your question. The part you are asking about would be the valve body. This piece is not available as a separate replacement part. The entire RP38367 end valve assembly would have to be replaced.

I have a 3 hole bathroom faucet that I don’t know the model number of. I know the cartridge is RP24096. Does this valve body work with that cartridge? It looks the same as what I have, but I want to make sure it works with out cartridge.
Will RP38367 work on Delta Model # 35955-RB-DST?

No, DST models utilize PEX supply lines which can not be replaced. The RP38367 valve would be used for model 35955-LF shown in the link below.

how do i get a replacement nut that tightens the valve to the counter from underneath the sink

I need to replace a cold water end valve assembly RP38367. is there a hot item different than the cold water item? or this item is the same and good for left as well as the right side of the faucet?.

This is used for hot and cold. The orientation of the stem stop determines the handle rotation.

Looking at my original faucet and this part, they do not look the same yet you claim they use the same parts. I don't see how. If I could send you photos of my current installation you'd see they are clearly different & why the 255 character limit?
