How long is the lift rod?
Hi Connie's Plumbing, Thank you for your question. The lift rod on the RP42580SS measures 4.05" without the finial.

Will this lift rod connect to Leland finial?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP42580SS.
Roman tub filler diverter lift rod finials are not designed to be interchangeable.

How do you remove the old one and replace it?

The lift rod threads counterclockwise to remove.
