How to take it off for repair of leak/water drips?
I have taken the set screw off. But it does not come loose. What do I do?
Hi SSB,
Thank you for your question. The handle should slide off once the set screw is loosened. If there is mineral buildup, please try soaking the handle with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for about 15 minutes. You can wrap a cloth or rag around the handle with a rubber band to help it soak into the handle.

Re Haywood (MODEL#: 35999LF). I want the handles but keep the rest of the plumbing. Can you tell me does the bonnet nut fit a 1" threaded cartridge housing, or is it reduced down to 3/4"? I'd like to keep the existing 1"; suggestions welcome!

Thank you for your question! The handle assembly RP43472SS is the same for both the hot and cold side and is available for purchase and they are interchangeable with all our Delta lavatory faucet.

Our contractor screwed the set screw on one handle in too tight, and a little black plastic part fell out. Can the interior of this handle be replaced or do we need a new handle altogether? I bought the faucet two years ago, just getting it put in now.

Thank you for your inquiry! The handle insert of the RP43472SS is not sold as a separate part, the full handle would need to be replaced.
