Thank you for your question. The RP44645AR will not work with the 9159-DST faucet. The escutcheon plate that will work for the 9159-DST faucet is RP64070AR will work.

Does this product come with the nuts and gasket, or is it just the metal plate?

Thank you for your question. The RP44645AR is just the metal escutcheon/ plate. The gasket and baseplate and locknuts are sold as a seperate piece depending on the faucet model.
