Hi Shus, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. The first step to removing the Delta RP44648 o-ring is turning the water off to the entire unit from the supplies below the counter. The second step is to place the handle in the "On" position to drain any remaining water. Remove the wand, handle, cap, or bonnet nut, then the valve assembly cartridge. The hub of the faucet will then need to be pulled up off the counter to let the hose slip down below the counter. The hub is the base of the spout that connects near the counter. If it is hard to remove we recommend soaking it with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for 15-30 minutes. Simply pry the old o-ring off the valve, clean the valve of any remaining debris then slide the new o-ring over the valve and into the groove. Hi jr549, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP44648. This o-ring is replaced by turning off the water supplies, removing the handle, and pulling the faucet hub up and off of the valve. If your faucet model has a pull-out hose, it can be disconnected under the sink and then pulled out of the faucet above the sink.
