Does this pressure cap work with Item: 5286631, Model: 142840-SP-I?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 142840-SP-I.
The RP46078 cap does fit the included valve. This cap is used to test the valve but is not included because the valve can be tested with the included cartridge.

132900-a My instructions says to remove this after testing. I cannot find it in the box to use it to test.
Update: Kyra from Delta did indeed contact me and was able to quickly resolve my concern. Fast, thorough customer service is just another example why I chose and will continue to use Delta products.
