Hi, HockeyGuy! Thank you for your question. The Delta RP47029 Bracket does not include the nut. The Delta RP47030 Nut and Wrench Kit will have both nut and special wrench to tighten the bracket. This goes on the bottom of the sink lip to anchor the valve and keep the water lines separated and intact. Too bad Delta made it out of pot metal instead of brass. This is the weakest link on this faucet.

This mounting bracket is used with some faucet models to secure the faucet to the sink. This mounting bracket would not affect a swiveling spout or the motion of a faucet handle in the faucet valve. Please refer to the part diagram for your faucet model to find replacement parts. This replacement bracket does not include a mounting nut, but the mounting nut included with your faucet will screw onto the faucet shank, securing this mounting bracket below the sink. The nut included in the RP47030 nut and wrench is not available as an individual part. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
