Q&A

What would be the correct replacement wand for this faucet?

Water is leaking from the button on the side of the wand and I am looking for the correct model to buy a replacement that is compatible.
Asked by: NTB
Hi NTB, Thank you for your question. It looks like you have a model 470 faucet. If your faucet is white, the wand assembly replacement part number is RP32542WH. http://www.deltafaucet.com/repairparts/details/rp32542wh.html Thanks, Dave

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # RP47152 may get build up over time from hard water. We suggest cleaning it by soaking the whole end of the wand in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and cold water. This should loosen the hard water deposits. We do not recommend taking about your wand.

what is the name of the faucet that rp4715ss belongs on. Also how long does a cartridge last5. Thank you

Asked by: mbmillar
Thank you for your question, mbmillar! The RP47152SS wand belongs to the Debonair pull-out faucet, model 16927-SSSD-DST. A DST cartridge is manufactured and tested to last twice as long as the industry standard which is based on ASME A112.18.1 of 500,000 cycles. https://www.deltafaucet.com/kitchen/product/16927-SSSD-DST Best regards, Edward

My faucet is leaking - model 16927-SSSD

Water is leaking from the spout when shut off. It takes several attempts to shut off the faucet. I'd like to get the parts necessary to repair the faucet. It seems as thought the gaskets have failed - parts of the gasket are leaking from the base of the faucet.
Asked by: Dan
Hi Dan, Thank you for your question. The RP4993 seats and springs should allow you to turn the water off when closing the handle and stop the leak from the spout. The RP32520 and RP44648 are the o-rings that seal underneath the hub of the faucet to prevent water from leaking out the base. Here is a link to the parts breakdown to the model 16927-SSSD to help with the repair. http://www.deltafaucet.com/customersupport/documentation/16927-sssd.html?document=pd&documentIndex=0#flashWrapper Thanks, Dave

Asked by: Luke
Hi Luke, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! No, the RP47152 does not include a hose. The hose needed would depend on the installation date. My hose needs replacement but the old hose is stuck in the plastic part that goes into the wand. How do I detach the plastic part from the hose (it’s not a twist off)? Can I buy just the plastic part that connects the hose to the wand? Don’t want new wand
