Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # RP47152 may get build up over time from hard water. We suggest cleaning it by soaking the whole end of the wand in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and cold water. This should loosen the hard water deposits. We do not recommend taking about your wand.

Hi Dan, Thank you for your question. The RP4993 seats and springs should allow you to turn the water off when closing the handle and stop the leak from the spout. The RP32520 and RP44648 are the o-rings that seal underneath the hub of the faucet to prevent water from leaking out the base.
