Will this replacement fit a Leland soap dispenser? It looks like on the paperwork it shows a part number of RP50813. I think that all I need is the spring for this dispenser.

How long is the assembly from the top of the valve to the bottom of the straw? I have one I need to replace that is approximately 11.5 inches, and many people are complaining that a common replacement is too short. Is this the one that I need?
