Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap replacement for original hose This hose is a cheap replacement for our 9 year old ($800) kitchen faucet. The original hose is 8" longer (62" vs. 54") and much more flexible. This hose is very stiff. This replacement hose is also smaller in diameter on the outside and inside, so water flow is more restricted than the old hose. Try to find someone online that still has the original hose in stock. This one is cheap, cheap, cheap!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wrong clip, wrong hose. This hose was listed as a replacement hose for my Delta faucet. Not only is it the wrong hose but the clip they picture is not the clip you get. The clip you get will not work with most standard Delta faucets. This allows the end to pop off and spew water.

Q&A

my 10 year old 16927-sd-dst has a different hose than the rp50390 called out.

The hose I am replacing (failed) is an "armored" hose with chrome armadillo-like segments and a lead clamp counter weight. The rp50390 is made up of woven ss mesh. Is rp50390 the proper replacement? Did the product change or do I have a different model faucet?
Asked by: Ken
Hi Ken, Thank you for your question. The model 16927-SD-DST was not sold until 2012. Based on the age of your faucet you should have the older model 16927-SD. This faucet uses the RP44647 pull out spray hose. In either case the new hose has changed to the metal braided hose instead of the chrome "armored " model. Thanks, Dave

will this attach to the B4410LF-SS faucet model?

Asked by: shawda
Hi, Shawda! Thank you for your question. The Delta B4410LF-SS faucet does not use RP50390 hose assembly. Depending on the supplier code listed on the back of the faucet escutcheon plate, the sprayer and hose assembly will either be RP44125SS or RP54807SS. Here is the parts diagram to show the sprayer and hose assembly information: https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-K-B1310LF%20Rev%20B.pdf Best Regards, Rosanna

Accessory to attach a standard garden hose?

After unscrewing my Delta faucet head from its quick-connect hose, I'm wondering if you offer an adaptor to connect a standard garden hose to the quick-connect nozzle?
Asked by: Greg
Hi Greg, Thank you for your question. We do not offer a garden hose adapter that will fit the RP50390 quick connect hose. Hooking up a garden hose to our pull out or pull down faucets is not recommended. Thanks, Dave

Will this hose work ot the 9159 faucet

Asked by: prairiedave306
Thank you for your question, Prairiedave306! The 54" Pull-Out hose assembly RP50390 will work with the Delta Trinsic Pull-Down Kitchen 9159-DST faucet. However, the RP62057 is the 62" hose assembly that comes originally with the faucet. Best regards, Tanya

How do I get it off?

One end of the hose connects to the wand. This is disconnected by a threaded nut. The other end, that is under the sink. I took off the plastic clip, The hose does not come off. Suggestions? Also I understood this was warranted for life? Thanks.
Asked by: Bill
Hi, Bill! Thank you for your question. The hose can be pulled straight down after the blue clip is removed. You may have to use a bit of force to remove the hose. Best Regards, Rosanna

How do I remove quick connect hose from water supply model 470-AR-DST

Asked by: Bob
Hi Bob, Thank you for your question. To remove the quick connect hose you must first remove the RP60911 clip that locks the hose onto the faucet. Once the clip is removed you should be able to pull the connection apart. I have attached a link to the owners manual for your model 470-AR-DST faucet that gives you the installation instructions and parts breakdown to help you with your repair. Do you have a video or directions to attach the quick connect hose clip (blue plastic) to the kitchen faucet hose?

Asked by: JoNed
Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for your question regarding our Delta Faucet RP50390. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We will be happy to assist you in resolving this issue as quickly as possible. To remove the hose, first place a bucket under the sink to catch any residual water. Next, push the blue clip with your thumbs on the flat edges to remove it from the hose. Pull the hose down to remove it from the PEX tube. You can then pull the spray wand and hose all the way out of the faucet and unscrew the hose from the wand. Note that there is a small black button on the hose that you will press to allow it to unscrew. The hose does not disassemble further. Reverse these steps to re-install the hose. Came with no instructions. How do you fit the hose back through the faucet. It goes in a few inches and is then stuck.

Asked by: HayC
Hi HayC, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP50390. It can be tricky to get the hose through the faucet. Feed the hose down through the spout. Turning the spout can help get it into the hub. Moving the supply hoses below the sink can help with getting it out of the hub. Please reach out with any additional questions!
