What is the diameter of this gasket? It needs to *PROPERLY* fit my 4197-DST Cassidy pullout kitchen faucet. Delta "recommended" products are unreliable at best, and here I heard Delta is the best for things not being discontinued.

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP50788. The diameter is about 2".
Unfortunately, a replacement gasket for the faucet model 4197-DST is discontinued. We recommend using a 1/4" bead of silicone sealant in place of the gasket. Many pro installers also use sealant instead of the gasket.

I have 19949-dst and need gasket for trim ring and base. Is this correct gasket?
