This work for a ceiling rain head?

I need this Delta shower head flange in a 2 1/2" X 2 1/2" or 3" X 3" is that possible? The 2" X 2" (brushed Nichol) my shower head came with will not cover the tile cut.

My shower head is ceiling mounted. Does Flange Model# RP51034 come with a set screw, or it designed to lean against a horizontal wall?

The description says it can be customized with body sprayers and jets. Would it work with the body spray model 50102?
