Worked for my tetra shower valve!
I just had the delta tetra installed in my shower for the valve. The tiny cap (need to use an Allen wrench to get off) on the valve popped off when a plumber was here to adjust the temp on the shower valve. I suspect it flew down the shower drain because it’s so small. I needed part RP101053 to replace it and it was no where to be found online. One place had it only in black and I have the champagne color. I purchased this part and it worked!!! I can’t speak to the screw that came with it because we didn’t need to replace that but the cover worked :)

I have delta faucet 9182-call-pr-dst with # d106164 inside handle. One of the little ends of the button broke off and the handle fell off. Does the button actually do anything or is there a way to put my handle back on without the button?

The button is not required for installation. It is a decorative part that also helps indicate the temperature.

What are the measurements of this set screw? I need the diameter and length; what is the hexagon socket size? Also is it considered a flat or cone head set screw?

The size of the screw can be
#10 - 32x.5 Cup Point.
#8-32x0.1875" using 2mm hex
#8-32x0.312" using 2mm hex
The set screw would be considered a flat head.
