Rated 1 out of 5 by from Parts Required My tile installers lost these parts, the web site now shows them discontinued. I will have to now purchase a new $300 spigot to replace a $20 piece. And I am not able to get a simple stailess steel washer for the rough in kit, forcing me to make one. Phone call wait is three hours. Service here sucks!
