My faucet looks like brushed nickel. Is that aged pewter or stainless steel???

How do I remove the lever cap from the cartridge on the 554LF faucet
Need to replace cartridge and cannot see how to remove the cap with the handle
Hi David, Thank you for your question. The same set screw that the lever portion of the handle screws onto also holds the handle base to the cartridge adapter. Once the screw is removed you should be able to lift the handle assembly off of the model 554LF faucet.

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP51731RB.
To remove the handle, unscrew the lever from the handle to access the set screw. Loosen the set screw with a 3/32" hex wrench.
