How is this used exactly????

Can this be used on a knob or lever handle for my 600 series shower unit?? Do I actually need an RP20111 if I just use this?

Hi Lance, Thank you for your question. This part is designed for the model 542-DST using the RP52220 handle. The RP20111 ball assembly is used in a 600 series to convert a knob handle to a lever handle. We do not have a ball assembly that will allow you to convert from a lever to a knob handle.
