Rated 1 out of 5 by from Asked for a review on a product I ordered I ordered a trim ring on Thursday. Paid for the 1-2 shipping. The item didn't ship until Tuesday. The tracking number is invalid. They refunded my shipping fee. It's now Thursday and I still haven't received it and don't know when I will. It'd be great if I could get the trim ring to give a review and more importantly install my faucet.

I need to purchase replacement parts for my delta faucet 11949-DST. How do I identify the finish of my delta faucet. I think we have a stainless finish, but there are 3 stainless finishes to choose from and we are not sure which we have.

I have to turn the handle in a certain position to get it to stop dripping. Do you think I need to replace the washer?

If the issue remains, the cartridge RP50587 may need to be replaced.
