Will this RP52657-1.2 aerator fit a 4453 DST Faucet?

My parts diagram says that I need a RP 52657. Your website says that this has been discontinued. It DOES show a RP 52657-1.2. Will this one fit my faucet, and if so, what is the difference?

I am trying to find a garden hose adapter that will fit my Delta kitchen faucet. It would need to be the exact size of this aerator (RP52657). A 13/16 is too small and a 15/16 is too large. No 14/16 size.  What is the exact size of this aerator?
