What size is the set screen? What size tool to install?

Does this handle include the stem that turns the faucet on? If not, what's that part number? Is there a part that includes the brushed handle and screw in valve?

The set screw which fastens the handle to my Delta faucet does not tighten. Could it be that a new handle is required? I think the model no. is 16927-SSD-DST.

If the set screw is not able to be tightened, the handle may need to be replaced. A replacement handle for the faucet model 16927-SSD-DST is RP54232SS. This RP52833SS handle could also work, but is a smaller handle used by bathroom faucets.
