Rated 1 out of 5 by Heather101 from Poor product. Won’t install Delta faucet trying to install new Ro5321rb faucet nozzle. Old one pulled out new one won’t go in. Been at this for hours unit arrived without instructions. Thanks delta. Going to the hardware store to buy a new non-delta faucet and toss this one where it belongs the trash. To bad it worked for about a year in a second home and it looks great. I. Ought it because of the delta name. I think I will try a cheaper unit like in my rentals that last for years and can be repaired easily.

Our wand is working very poorly. We have cleaned it many times, but that no longer seems to restore it to full function. What do we need to do to get a replacement under the lifetime warranty?

Does this part include the aerator and wrench?

I have a failure in my Touch2 faucet model 980T-SSSD-DST.  The spray/flow switch in sprayer assembly part 53210 has limited function.  Since it is an integral unit, it must be replaced.   Which sprayer assembly listed matches my faucet?  Under Warrantee?

We recommend soaking the spray head in 50/50 white vinegar and water to dissolve mineral deposits that may be trapped inside. Just like Joel’s issue, the inside of the Spout (RP53211) has deteriorated not allowing the Sprayer (RP53210) to stay in place, Sprayer just hangs. What is the solution?

Does the RP53210SS fit the 19818ZRBSD faucet?

Hi, My faucet no longer has a magnet on each end. It rusted and broke off. Can we purchase a replacement magnet? The pull down wand no longer stays connected to the faucet head, as there is no longer a magnet. Everything else works fine.
