Q&A

for part # RP53858 which is the satin stainless finish

I want to order part # RP53858 and it's listed with 4 finishes. I don't want chrome, I want satin or brushed nickel. Which model is that? Photo attached.
Asked by: Star
Hi Star, Thank you for your question. The RP53858SS is the sleeve assembly in our brilliance stainless finish. The finish is similar to other brands brushed nickel finishes. The AR arctic stainless finish will have a blueish hue to the color. Thanks, Dave

ASKING IF THE SLEEVE ASSEMBLY INCLUDES THE PLASTIC COLLAR THAT ATTACHES TO THE BONNET TO SECURING SLEEVE TO THE ASSEMBLY. THIS PLASTIC COLLAR IS NOT SHOWN IN THE PARTS SCHEMATIC? THIS COLLAR IS THE ONLY ITEM I NEED TO COMPLETE MY REPAIR. IS IT AVAILABLE

a little bit of JB weld fixed mine.  screw brass onto plastic to help center the plastic when you glue it.  it doesn't take much and be careful not to get it in any threads.  just a little around the top of the plastic,  insert in sleeve and let it dry at least overnight. clean up anything while it is still fresh because any left will be very difficult to remove once it sets.

I have the Bellini faucet, which inclides the Pilar Valve Sleeve (RP53858SS.) The slee has come loose from the valve and its's the black plastic threaded clip which has failed. Is there a way to get that part, since the main sleeve is intact?
