what is the dimension of the set screw...i need to ream it

The RP53877 handle takes the RP40650 set screw. The RP40650 set screw size is .250-28.

The tread in the handle will not allow the set screw to turn. Is the only way to fix by purchasing a new handle?

Thank you for your question. We recommend soaking a towel in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water and wrapping the towel around the faucet. This should help break up the mineral deposits holding the set screw. Ultimately you may have to drill the screw out and replace it.

The handle of my Delta 4380-DST faucet does not shut off completely - water still drips out. Can you tell me which part I need to order to fix this problem?

The Delta Faucet model 4380-DST uses the RP50587 diamond seal valve assembly.

We recommend replacing this part for the issue you describe. Flush the faucet before replacing the cartridge and be sure to securely tighten the bonnet nut with a wrench.

We have the Delta Pilar 3 hole kitchen faucet which was installed in 2015. The tap seems to be stripped. Is this the tap part? 4380-AR-DST. Can we get an image for it before we order?
