Poor Qality Product/Outrageously Prices
The cost is not justified for this product. I am only needing a replacement spray nozzle due to an ongoing issue with the lever sticking and leaking. This is clearly a design and quality concern and does not warrant the proposed pricing. Based on this experience, I am very dissatisfied with the product’s reliability.

Beware Sprayer- leak after a few years!
The sink faucet is fine and looks good, however, the Spray and Hose assembly started leaking after a few years. The hose itself cracked after semi regular use and started leaking under the sink. Further, a cheaper replacement doesn’t seem to be available because whatever adapters that come with replacement sprayers, don’t fit properly into the diverter that connects under the sink. A replacement is almost as much as a whole new faucet with all the parts!

Warning: Plastic!
I am shocked that this replacement sprayer is plastic! Poor quality overall and I can't believe it cost this much for plastic. It is not the quality I expected of Delta and it is nothing like the original metal version. Where can I get a better quality version???

Wrong item received.
I purchased a sprayer, almost positive I selected stainless steel version, received chrome version. Had to return for credit and order correct one. Staff were very helpful in returning unwanted item.

No brand model info makes no sense!
Need to replace the kitchen sprayer hose as well as the blue diverter clip. The diverter clip snapped in two. There was no identifying information as indicated from the online search. Needless to say we spent more time than it reasonably should have taken only to find out that the parts have been discontinued. No identification info makes no sense!

So this is the faucet I have and the sprayer handle leaks really bad. Right behind the trigger it doesn’t look like I can replace any washer. Is this covered under warranty?

I have Delta Pilar 2480 DST and would like a longer sprayer hose. The set came with a 45 inch long hose but I"d like a longer one - is this possible?

I need a longer hose for the sprayer, about another foot. Can the sprayer be dis-assembled and a longer hose purchased from Home Depot or others be installed? If not, can I buy a longer hose or whole assembly from Delta?

I just need the plastic spray head as mine was dropped into disposal and is "chewed up a bit. Can I get this part only?
I purchased and installed a new delta faucet and spray a few months ago (Feb.). It works great! A week ago while spraying and running the garbage disposal, the sprayer slipped out of my hand and went into the disposal. I chewed up the plastic head a bit. My wife wants it replaced as the one looks "ugly". I can only find part RP53880, I just need the chrome top piece that attaches to the hose.
Thank you for your question. The sprayhead for the RP53880 is not available as a separate part. If you have an issue with your sprayer, the whole peice will need to be replaced. You can order and purchase it from your local retailer or wholesaler.

Can just the hose section be bought?
The hose section has a hole in it and is leaking. Can I purchase just the hose and if so what is the correct model number for just the hose?
Hi Barbara, Thank you for your question. The hose portion of the RP53880SS is the RP64520. This particular spray, hose and diverter assembly is made for the newer DST (diamond seal technology) models. It is not used on any other models.

Hello, Rebco! To install this sprayer, first place a bucket under the sink to catch any residual water and turn off the water supplies. Remove the blue clip that holds the end of the hose in place and pull down to remove the hose. Pull the sprayer and house out of the support assembly from above the sink. Slide the new hose down through the support, then press the end of the hose into the gray housing. Press the clip back into place and pull down on the hose to ensure that it has a good connection. Turn the water supplies back on, turn on the faucet, and check the connection. Please refer to the Installation Instructions for your faucet for more information.

The faucet must already have a connection for a sprayer, there is no kit or modification that can be made to add a sprayer to a model that did not originally have a sprayer.

Just got around to installing the Pilar 2480-AR-DST faucet set with sprayer. Out of the box the sprayer handle sticks on, making it (and the faucets) pretty useless. Presumably this a design/manufacturing defect. Options to replace? Warranty?

We purchased a Delta kitchen faucet in 2014, which included a sprayer head model #RP53880. Water is now dripping out of the bottom of the sprayer head even when the water is turned off. Can just the sprayer head be replaced to fix this?

For item RP5388OAR, can one just buy the hose? The hose developed a leak near the sprayer end. There are two hoses. One within the other. The outside cracked some time ago, but the inner hose just started to leak with a small hole and fine stream of water
