Sprayer problem
I love the faucet but the handle on the sprayer gets stuck and we have to pull it back out using our fingers (which is very hard to do) to get it turned off.

Nice faucet overall, but the sprayer not so much
I purchased this faucet set 2012 for my newly remodeled kitchen. I have replaced the valve body(no cost, under warranty) in approximately 2018, but have had only one other issue with the set. The sprayer hose is encased in a clear hose with braided reinforcement. The clear part of the hose hardens and cracks right where the hose flexes when being used. No way tor replace the hose without purchasing the complete hose/sprayer assembly at a cost of $67.76 for my Venetian Bronze colored model... This could be made with a replaceable hose at little added manufacturing expense, saving the end user at least 50-60 dollars.

Easiest replacement ever.
I installed a Delta Faucet 5 years ago. The hose on the side sprayer split and was leaking water. I ordered a replacement Side spray, Hose and Diverter Assembly from Casandra ( a very helpful, understanding and cheerful assistant). Just 4 days later the part arrived and we installed it in 5 minutes. Everything works fine and I'm so grateful to Delta for their help in resolving our problem. I will definitely but Delta products in the future.

poorly designed spray-fire the design engineer
If I could, I would rate this product '0'. Delta is ripping people off for $77.35 when the diverter should be sold separately and just for a few bucks. My diverter failed after I installed the faucet (not two years old). The diverter valve is built into the end of the sprayer hose RP53880SS (beneath the sink) and the entire sprayer hose must be replaced which is a stupidly poor design, when I should be able to purchase JUST the diverter without the sprayer hose. Replacing the entire sprayer hose was very time consuming and difficult (at 73 years of age) taking about an hour whereas if the diverter were on the faucet on the top of sink I could have replaced it in less than 10 minutes. The diverter valve used to be included inside the faucet on the top of the sink, that was a great design, where did you go wrong. If I had known about the difficulty of this job I would have never purchased this unit. Don't buy a faucet with this type of sprayer hose design.

IT FAILED ON THE FIRST DAY!!!!

I am having the same issue described by Lenard, sticking handle. This is especially exhilarating when first turning on the faucet and instead of water coming out of the spigot / aerator it shoots straight toward you and across the kitchen from the hand sprayer which is still stuck on from the last use!
Please help. We have tried soaking the entire unit in vinegar with limited success.

Delta kitchen sprayer
The sprayer handle on my Delta faucet sprayer has been sticking for a long time and you do not sell parts just the entire assembly for an unbelieveably high price. Not well made.

Bought this a month ago to replace same sprayer I purchased several years ago. It arrived in good shape and in a timely manner. Was easy to install and works a little better than last one. That may be from no build up of hard water deposits? The wife is Happy and that's all that matters!

Great match, easy to install.
Needed a new sprayer for my delta faucet. The color was no longer produced. Artic frost was almost a perfect match. Very easy to install. And I see they have designed the newer sprayers differently so they won't leak again.

Delta 1980-AR-DST Pilar Faucet already has a diverter built-in so all you need to get is the spray assembly and the spray support. The spray assembly is RP53880AR and the spray support is RP50787AR.

Finish -- artic or brilliance
We need to replace the sprayer only (hole in hose), and I am not certain if the finish is "Artic stainless" or "Brilliance stainless." The Bellini faucet was purchased from Lowes in 2013, in case that would help identify the type of finish. Thanks for your help.

The Bellini model 11946-SSSD-DST was only manufactured in the Brilliance Stainless Steel finish. You will need to order the RP53880SS.

Is there a way To disable the sprayer down by the diverter while I wait for a replacement? I discarded the diverter cap when I installed the faucet years ago. When using the faucet, water is leaking from the sprayer hose down into my cabinet.

Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta faucet. Unfortunately, there is not a way to disable the spray besides installing the cap at the valve end where the hose for the sprayer is attached under the sink. The cap part number is RP54269. Delta Sprayer - rp53880ss
My Side Sprayer intermittently hangs up and will not quit spraying unless the trigger is manually pulled out. Are there repair parts for these sprayers or will it need to be replaced?
If these are repairable are there special tools required

Is the hose permanently connected to the sprayer head or can I replace just the hose? If I can replace just the hose, where can I purchase it? Is the hose length uniform?

I purchased a delta linden faucet in arctic stainless and was wondering if this side sprayer was comparable with my faucet. I had previously purchased a different sprayer but now that the faucet is installed it seems the sprayer I have is incomparable.
