Is Part# RP54012 (Button & Set Screw) available in a Chrome finish (my fixture is Chrome)? I had this part number sent to me and the Button was a light grey plastic material. If the Button is available in Chrome, what part # do I need to order?

We have the Dryden Roman Tub with Handshower set. Within a year of installation the knob you pull on the back of the faucet (diverter?) to turn on the handshower came off. I have to use pliers to pull the rod that turns on the handshower. Help please?

We apologize for the issues you are experiencing! If the finial is broken the lift rod will need to be replaced. To remove the old finial, remove the set screw and thread it counterclockwise.
