How do you install part RP54269 to cap off the sprayer on a Delta kitchen faucet with a square quick connect ?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP54269. This cap would be used for DST faucets with a round connection.
For a faucet with a square quick-connect, the RP60295 plug can be used. Push the plug onto the clip and pull down moderately to ensure the connection is made.

I need to order a replacement part RP54269 cap with O-Ring. Does this come with the clip to hold it on?

Our RP54269 is a spray cap and o-ring only. The RP53997 is the diverter clip that will hold the spray cap in place.
