I found this same generic part at the local hardware store for less after shipping, but didn't get it because I was looking for a true Delta part that said "Delta" on it (so it would match the other sink). I kept it, put it in a bathroom with a single sink, and moved the matching Delta one to the 2-sink bathroom. It looks fine, just was looking for a real match.

Do you make a stopper that is 5-1/2” long?

However, we do offer the RP101630 push pop-up assembly for sinks without overflow holes and the RP101632 for sinks with overflow holes. My current Delta stoppers are cloudy and scratched (2 years old). Are these solid metal or plastic with a chrome coating? Is the Stainless Brilliance solid metal or do you have a better quality replacement?

The Delta Drain stopper model RP5648 is made of several materials which may include but are not limited to Bronze, Brass, Zinc, Stainless Steel, Copper, PEX-C, Silicon, Synthetic rubber, Vinyl, Nylon, and, Plastics. The Brilliance® Finishes have been tested against over 100 household cleaners and withstand repeated scouring with steel wool without damage. We recommend making sure that all cleaning and care procedures are followed as the wrong type of cleaner may remove the protective clear coating of the finish and that is where you would begin to see finish damage. If wiping with a damp cloth does not remove water spots, a solution of 50% distilled white vinegar (not apple cider or balsamic vinegar) and water could be used by wiping, spraying, or soaking. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward and wipe dry. How do I remove to old stopper?

The Delta Faucet part RP5648 Drain Stopper - Bathroom In Chrome can be removed by loosening the nut and clip on the horizontal rod. I am looking for an RP 5648 5” stopper with the two loops in brushed nickel. When I try to order in brushed nickel it only shows the 4” single loop stopper in brushed nickel. The 5” only in stainless. ???

This assembly should work with a 1 1/2" diameter drain. However, the depth of the hole must be 1 5/8" to 2 3/8". This stopper will have two loops, with one at 4" and on at 5". The RP5648 stopper can be removed by either lifting it straight out or removing the horizontal rod below the counter and pulling the stopper out. A matching drain assembly is available as RP38958CZ or RP26533CZ for models that use a lift rod on the faucet. Or RP101631CZ and RP101630CZ for models without a lift rod. Most of our bathroom sink faucets include a matching drain assembly. We have this faucet with a push button stopper (you push it up/down w/o a lever). The gasket on the stopper head is worn and all I need is the gasket, I think this lever stopper gasket might work but want to avoid buying more than i need.
