THIS IS THE WORST SPRAYER I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFOURTUNE OF OWNING. THIS SPRAYED MY CAT AND CAUSED IT TO urinate ALL OVER THE PLACE. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.

Hose/sprayer is faulty
Sprayer "sticks" on and it's different to get the faucet part on again. Been sprayed by it so many times. Now there's also a leak in the house. Very disappointed.

Horrible product!!! With only a few months of use, the sprayer does not work properly. It does NOT shut off when the button is released. Even after turning the faucet off, later, when you turn the faucet on again, the sprayer continues to spray. This has resulted in water spraying all over the kitchen counter, cabinets, and me.

Not reliable for long
Despite being easy to install, this unit is probably over engineered. I’m on my 2nd sprayer in 6-7 years and now the newer one is making my whole faucet unusable. I’m done with Delta fixtures. Silly proprietary designs that don’t last. Cannot recommend…

I have 400-SS-DST-L that was purchased from Lowes 5 years ago. I looked under sink tonight and the hose has a pin hole right below the diverter and I have a nice mess to clean up. How does a hose only last 5 years? There is such bad reviews of this faucet and hose. Disappointed to say the least. The replacement cost of the hose on Deltas site is $72.92 and $42.00 on Amazon and Home Depot. I ordered a replacement from Home Depot because I need it fixed. I will be contacting in hopes they do something with this so called warranty.

Great customer service
I was on the phone with Mary for at least 25-40 min , she was trying to find out what model number and part number i needed as all I knew was it was a Delta faucet! She was very patient and helpful and with the photos I sent her she figured it all out ! I was so pleased to call a company that had such great customer service!

Hose split after normal use. The proprietary connector is BS! Delta, join the team and give customers something that is universal so we don't have to rely on replacing with more Delta junk. Thanks for the water damage, nothing like discovering your cabinets and flooring destroyed by a poorly designed plumbing fixture.

It seems that there are a lot of issues with the push-on connector for the RP60097. Are there any plans to improve the connecting piece? It also seems a waste to spend $40 on a whole new sprayer and hose when the only problem is the broken connector.

how do I disconnect old RP60097 hose and sprayer and install new RP60097?
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # RP60097 can be removed by pinching the sides together and pushing up then pull it down. The new sprayer will go on by pushing it onto the pipe and hearing a click as it snaps into place.

What o-ring goes on the sprayer hose attachment
mine is leaking where the hose assembly threads in the bottom if the sprayer. need to know what size that o-ring is so i can get a replacement o-ring. the folks at home depot don't have a clue.

The RP10345 iare the O-rings for the RP60097 sprayer assembly. The RP10345 kit includes 3 O-rings. Two are the same size which go onto the faucet nipple and that size is USN 014 and the third O-ring that goes onto the diverter at the end of the hose has a size of USN 012.

Thank you for your question. The Delta Spray, Hose and Diverter Assembly RP60097 is the correct sprayer to add to the Delta Kitchen 100-DST model. You would use same clip that is holding it the plug, below the sink.

Thank you for your question. We do not recommend to remove the spray head from the hose assembly for the Delta RP60097 Sprayer and Hose Assembly. We recommend to replace the whole sprayer and hose assembly instead of just the spray head.

What type of connector does it attach to the faucet with?
I am trying to replace a side sprayer, the hose uses a push on type connector to the faucet assembly.
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # RP60097 is used with our Diamond Seal Technology faucets in the classic series. You can tell if you have diamond seal technology by the long pex supply tubes that were attached to your faucets on install. If you have copper tubes, then this spray assembly will not work with your faucet.

I have a 1903-SS-DST faucet. Can I just add the sprayer to the existing lines or will I need more parts? Also, does the sprayer come with the holder piece that installs in the hole cutout?

The sprayer does not come included with the holder assembly, and would need to be purchased separately. The part number of the holder for the RP60097SS sprayer is RP6015SS.
