Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product Product is good but you need to be careful when you install it. I did not know how much torque to put on it and it started leaking - what a mess that was. Anyway I took it out and reinstalled it. Got it right and it is functioning as designed. Hope it stays that way.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from EasyRepair This is a good product. We purchased our Trinsic kitchen faucet in 2013 and have only had two problems which I was able to repair - spray hose that would not retract and the cartridge assembly. Delta gave me a new sprayer assembly no charge. Had to pay for the cartridge assembly; free would have been nice. I will keep using this faucet until the next part fails. At that time I will buy a new one. Thank you

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great warranty, parts easy to install. In 2014 we bought a Delta Trinsic Arctic Stainless Steel 1-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet, Model # 9159-AR-DST. By 2020 the lever valve was becoming a little stiff and squeaky, so I found Delta's website and called them to order the part. Delta sent a replacement Euro-Motion Diamond Valve RP60114 under warranty. I procrastinated the job, but now by 2022 the old valve was really a pain to operate, so I finally installed the new one. Removed the lever with an allen wrench, and unscrewed the valve's brass collar with a big adjustable wrench. The new valve cartridge fitted right in, and is buttery smooth. In 2021 the spray head developed a little dribble that did not respond to cleaning.I called Delta to order a new tip, but they sent a new spray assembly RP64069SS under warranty. It, too, was easy to install.

Q&A

Is the RP60114 reversible?   I have a Brito 63070LF-SS faucet. I need to locate the handle on the left (facing the faucet).

Asked by: wfrance3
Hello wfrance3, Thank you for your question. We will be happy to help you today! We recommend installing the Delta faucet with the handle on the right. The handle operates by tilting away from the faucet to turn on. The vertical (back) position gives cold water and rotating the handle forward provides hot. Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse the movement, so if the handle is installed on the left, it will rotate backward. Please contact us back for any further questions. Best Regards, Renna

The valve arrived with no installation instructions. Where do I find them?

Asked by: RayM
Hi RayM, thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Please refer to the instructions below on how to replace the RP60114. Please shut off the water supplies, and gather your 1/8" Allen wrench, wrench, and strap wrench before we begin. Check your model's parts diagram for the correct part number. Common cartridges include RP50587, RP73000, or RP60114. 1. Shut off the water supplies. 2. Cover the drain opening so parts don't fall into it. 3. If you have a lever handle with a red and blue hot/cold button (3), pry it off with a non-metal object to expose the set screw. A library card works well. 4. Loosen the set screw (4) with a 1/8" hex wrench and remove the handle. 5. Unscrew the trim cap (5) counterclockwise and lift off. Some caps just lift off if unscrewing has no effect. 6. Remove the bonnet nut (6) with an adjustable wrench by turning counterclockwise. Be careful - the bonnet nut may have sharp edges. 7. Remove the valve cartridge (7), making sure the bottom gasket came out with it. 8. Inspect the valve cartridge for debris. 9. Install new valve cartridge (7), aligning tabs on its bottom with divots in the valve. 10. Place bonnet nut (6) over the cartridge and align the threads. Be careful - the bonnet nut may have sharp edges. The spout may need adjusting to get threads lined up. 11. Tighten the bonnet nut with an adjustable wrench watching that the cartridge does not shift. Tighten to about 10 pounds of force on a 10" adjustable wrench. 12. Replace the trim cap (5). 13. Replace the handle, lining up the set screw (4) with the flat on the cartridge stem. 14. Replace the set screw cover (3), if you had one. 15. Uncover the drain and turn the water supplies back on. We appreciate your inquiry. Please reach out directly if you have further questions! Best Regards, Kyra Digital Engagement Specialist

I get hot water but when I move the lever to cold I don't get any cold water . Faucet is Delta 9159 AR DST . we have cold water and the lever handle does turn the shaft for the valve. Have new batteries installed as well .

Asked by: Bruce
Dear Bruce, Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for the inconvenience with your Delta touch faucet and I am more than happy to assist you today. The low flow you are experiencing appears to be caused by debris within the solenoid assembly. We recommend doing a flush on your electronic components. Please follow the below steps to resolve your drip: 1. Put the handle in the off position. 2. Remove the blue clip that is attached to the top of solenoid assembly below the sink. 3. Pull the solenoid off of the faucet connection. Remove the debris screen in the top connection if able and clear any debris with tweezers or a q-tip. 4. Set a bucket under the pex supply line that is exposed. 5. Place the handle in the on position and allow it to run water for 2 full minutes. This will clear the supply line out of any debris. 6. Put the handle back into the off position. 7. Reconnect the solenoid to the faucet and clip it back into place. 8. Now remove the bottom clip from the solenoid where the hose connects and pull the hose off. 9. Turn the water back on for an additional 2 minutes to clear the solenoid assembly of any remaining debris. 10. Reconnect the hose and clip it into place again. Once that is finished, turn the water on to the faucet and run it for 15 seconds. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance. Best Regards, Nicole

Asked by: Johnsonate
Hi Johnsonate, Thank you for your question! The date of manufacture would be on the supply line tag or a label on the box. The difference between the cartridges RP60114 and RP73000 is how they connect to the handle. The stem of RP60114 is a square shape with a hole at the end.
