I recently ordered 2 Delta faucets-unfortunately the Leland connector was not included in one of the faucet packages. Do you sell this part ? Thank you!

I have an Ara 3568LF-MPU. The installation instruction "C" section says to "Insert fitting (1) into Y-connector (2) until fully seated & secure with clip (3). Problem is Delta put a "W" connector in the box instead of "Y" connector. What do I do now?

Faucet installation instructions may cover more than one model. Skip sections that do not apply to your faucet. See instruction for a "W" connection on page 7 here:

How do I release the hoses and take them apart?

The RP60457 can be removed by pressing the white pieces down, pushing the 'W' connector up, and pulling it off of the PEX tubing.

I bought a FARYN Delta bathroom faucet and after all was installed, when I turned on the water, the cold and hot tubes in the “W”connector popped right out. Can the Leland W- Connector replace the one that came with it?

Thank you for your question! For the Faryn widespread faucet model 35822LF, the w-shaped connector is part number RP103320
This RP60457 connector would not fit this faucet.
After pushing the tube fittings into the quick connector, pull on the tubes to ensure each connection has been made securely.

Part RP60457 outlet connector doesn’t release. Need to remove spout tube.

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP60457.
To remove the fitting, hold the white ring (collet) to the fitting and pull the tubing out from the fitting. If the collet is not held in place, the fitting grabs tighter.

Thank you for your question regarding our Delta Faucet RP60457.
To remove the connector, hold the white ring to the fitting and pull the tubing out from the fitting. If the collet is not held in place, the fitting grabs tighter. This information can be found in the installation guide provided with your unit.
