REVIEWS
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exact replacement for 3567 series faucet While trying to replace a two-handle bathroom faucet valve assembly, the original bonnet nut (over 20 years old) stripped when trying to crank down on the not-great-fitting generic brand valve from a big box store. Cue having to turn off the faucet in that bathroom and searching frantically for a replacement part on this older faucet. Family wasn't thrilled with losing bathroom sink function, of course. Looking up the part number from its original documentation, I searched on this bonnet part RP6060 and deltafaucet.com fortunately had them in stock, plus had expedited shipping. I irdered immediately and the part arrived in two days. I also purchased a new Delta-branded replacement valve in the meantime. Now this older faucet, still in great shape, works perfectly again and with no leaks. We've actually moved all of our faucets and shower/tub parts to Delta products over the years and this experience was a great reminder of one big reason why that's the case.

We have what looks like a Victorian wide-spread faucet that was installed around 2006. I need to replace the bonnet nuts, but they do not look like these ones. Will these bonnet nuts fit on a 2006 model?

What size wrench is needed to remove the "Bonnet Nut" on a two stem bathroom faucet, is it SAE or Metric??

Asked by: Art1955
Thank you for your question, Bill! The Delta RP6060 bonnet nut does not require the use of a wrench for removal. The bonnet nut can be removed by hand. The faucet handles that would have this bonnet nut would use a 3/32" Allen set screw. Best Regards, Benjamin
