Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beautiful Mess Bought the Delta Kylo Gold Champagne Bronze single handle pull-down kitchen faucet as part of a kitchen remodel. Beautiful faucet, but horrible design with blue clip that pops off frequently, flooding interior of brand new cabinets. Never had to check a faucet connection before use, or have so little confidence in a kitchen faucet. Would love to know if there is an improved clip available. Not what I expected from Delta brand and for the $$$ spent.

I purchased the Delta Faucet Lenta Gold Kitchen Faucets with Pull Down Sprayer, Kitchen Sink Faucet with Magnetic Docking Spray Head, Faucet for Kitchen Sink, Champagne Bronze 19802Z-CZ-DST on 6/4/2024 for my kitchen remodel. I have lost count of the number of times the Blue Clip has caused a flood under my kitchen sink. I’m frustrated that every time I do the dishes I have to contend with a ton of water in my cabinet too. This faucet was more expensive than the kitchen sink, the water hose should not be held together by such a janky piece of plastic.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Blue clip easily comes off and causes flood I replaced my faucet with Delta Eldridge as this is the only one available in stock at HD. My plumber installed it and immediately, the clip came off and flooded under my sink. Now, I’m stuck with this. I told my plumber to put a tape around it as the clip is so flimsy and easily comes off. The faucet is beautiful but I don’t know why Delta would make such clip as flimsy as this. I’ll just give this a year and will replace the whole faucet.

But after reading all the reviews here I am worried about how long it will last. I don’t want to be ordering a bunch of clips to keep replacing them!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quick Connect, Quick Break, Quick Flood This clip is garbage. It worked fine for a few days. While i was washing dishes- I heard a thud, the water stopped coming out of the faucet, and I could hear water spraying all inside the sink cabinet. I turned off the faucet with the quickness, but the damage was already done... water everywhere! This cheap plastic clip ended up cracking and releasing the connection. I've used Delta faucets many times over the years, very disappointed that the quality has become so cheap.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The clip is a bad choice. This Clip is a bad choice to hold 2 the ends of hoses together. After following directions for installation, turning the water on, then testing the sprayer, the hose connection blew, clip cracked and water had flooded under the sink. I found the part # and will purchase another one and hope that it works as stated "Designed".

Is this the correct clip to use with my replacement solenoid part # EP74852?

My original solenoid broke and the replacement one did not come with a solenoid- to- bottom- hose clip, although the directions call for one.

Incorrect answer for this part per 470-DST and 472-DST?

In an earlier question as to whether this part works for the faucet models 470-DST and 472-DST an answer was given: "Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # RP60911 will not fit the 470 or 472. The replacement clip for those models is Delta Faucet model # RP32522." If that is the case, why does this part show up in online and print-out parts diagrams for these faucets? Has there been a part redesign but no update to the website part diagram?

Thank you for your post and your catch to that mistake. When the other question was answered, I looked at the 470 and not the 470-DST. You are correct. Delta Faucet model # RP60911 is the clip for the 470-DST.

Does this clip work with the RP44647 hose? I had a replacement hose but do not have a clip with it and the current hose mounting clip is about to break...so wondering if this will work???

I am installing a Marca 19780Z-SPSD-DST from 2021, the white clip for the pull down hose is broken and I cannot find one. Is the newer clip, RP60911 the correct updated clip? I have read posts of this new clip failing and leaking water. Thanks

Is this version supposed to work the same as the original black plastic one? The original let the hose come apart so I ordered a new one, but this won't fit on my 980T-SSSD-DST faucet despite being the same part number.
