No instructions. Hose gets stuck.
This comes with no instructions and after over hour’s of searching I cannot find instructions online. When you put the new hose in, it gets stuck in the neck. It won’t go through. Now instead of a hose that sprays everywhere I have a completely non working sink. Will have to wait until I get home from work tomorrow to call Delta for instructions.
Why are no instructions included and none online?

I have this Delta faucet brand and thought the thing was guaranteed for life. When the faucet quit working I discovered I had to buy a replacement and the hose. Wont buy another Delta product since the warranty is bogus.

Excellent choice
My old sprayer was getting clogged up inside, reduced flow and the button was getting hard to push. I tried soaking it in vinegar, lemon juice, and water, for 24 hours, but no improvement. Mine is brushed nickel and this replacement advertises "Stainless". They are both the same color as you can see in pictures. This includes the hose, and takes only 5 mins to install. You won't regret choosing this.

I have a Model 19949-DST kitchen sink/faucet. Magnet on sprayer assembly rusted out and sprayer assembly will not seat properly. Is it possible to get a new magnet? Do plumbing/hardware stores stock them?

The Delta Faucet 19949-DST faucet model has a magnet located at the end of the spout. A replacement magnet kit is available as RP80977. It is available from Delta or other retailers.
The spray head does not have replacement parts available, The spray head would need to be replaced if there is an issue with the spray head connection.

Does the RP60978ss have the same threads as the discontinued RP70703sb faucet head? Is it a true replacement head?

I have a Delta Diamond Valve Seville model 19949Z-SSSD-DST. The wand assembly sprayer does not easily change from spray (which splashes everywhere) to stream. Can this be upgraded to shield spray technology or do I replace o-rings in the wand assembly?

My spray is also extremely difficult to press the button and is stuck in the middle, giving 1/2 spray-1/2 regular water flow.I see the bronze is out of stock and this is discontinued, is there another head that will be compatible with this model?

My Saville Kitchen Faucet, RP60978SS, no longer shuts off fully (drips). What part do I need to repair the faucet?
The replaceable part you need is called a cartidge. Lowes sells the actual Delta part for about $45, and an off-brand replacement from Danco for about half that. Don't scrimp - buy the Delta part.
Delta Part #RPS50587.
Super-simple repair. You'll need an allen wrench to take the handle off, then a regular wrench to unscrew the 'Bonnet Cover'.
If you kept the hardware from the orig installation, you probably have the right-sized allen wrench.
The cartridge lifts right out and the new one drops right in.
The cartridge has a stick pointing up, which is what the handle screws to and operates.
DON'T OVERTIGHTEN ANYTHING!!!

I have the 19949-DST faucet, but the aerator switch on the sprayer wand [part RP60978] is difficult to rock back & forth between the 2 settings - aerate or steady stream. How can I clean/fix this? I'm hoping it just needs to be cleaned. THANKS!

With the sprayer on, my flow has dwindled to a strong trickle...without the spra Yesterday I disassembled, soaked in the vinegar/water solution and cleared out alot of debris. However, there is no increase in the flow. Suggestions before replacing it?
I tried that cleaning method also. I included lemon juice as an extra. No luck after 24 hours. I recommend buying a new one. Some locations have "harder" water than others, and need replacement more often.

I have a Delta Seville pull down model sink faucet. It has become increasingly difficult to toggle the control button to the point that it requires two hands to move it. I have sprayed it with WD-40 to no avail. What can I do further?
