How to put in the button cover for set screw

I ordered the cover and it is hard to put the cover in. How do you put the cover in for set screw?

Hi ctran, Thank you for your question! If you press firmly, the tip of the button should slide into the set screw, which will hold it in place. Thanks, Jon

how do I get the button cover out of the handle?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # RP62188 can be removed by slipping a fingernail underneath one side of the button and popping it off.

My model number on my bathroom faucet is 3592LFRB ..addition in Venetian bronze. I need a screw replaced....it appears it would be part # RP61288....but the sight does not give an option for color. Also doesn’t delta warranty for life?  Thank you.  Kare
