How do I remove the flange in order to replace it due to calcium build up? I see there is a set screw. Can that be loosened and the part that is oil rubbed bronze be removed? If it is stuck on, then what do I need to do to remove? Thanks!!

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP61289RB.
The handle bases can be removed by loosening the set screws with a metric 3X0.5 Allen wrench. If it is stuck, I recommend soaking the area with 50/50 white vinegar and water to help remove buildup.
