Why can’t I select and purchase stainless hot water faucet handle RP63350 online. I called, emailed, no one seems to be able to assist, feel like a ball being kicked around

where can I buy stem extender RP51012? Site says it is discontinued? Does the handle kit rp63350 include the stem extender rp51012?

I use 3553LF-CZ in 2 sinks and both are leaking. First, it started to accumulate water on top of the cube pedestal of the handle that it discoloured it, then it leaked under the pedestal directly on my marble counter. What parts do I need?
