Just doesn’t stay in place
The tension on this isn’t strong enough. The shower just flops downward and starts spraying the floor. Same problem as Margaret described. It just doesn’t work after about a year of use.

Will not hold shower head in place
I had this shower slide bar installed by a contractor and the shower head continually drops down instead of staying in place. It stays in place on the slide bar but the hand held drops when in the holster.

Q&A
The plastic inside the slide mechanism snapped off, after bumping it with my head. Is there any way I can get my hands on the plastic part? I have the warrantee tucked away somewhere, still hunting for it.

Will this work on model #51308-CZ?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP64152CZ.
This slide mechanism fits a 3/4" bar. The model 51308-CZ has a 1" bar.

No spec sheet or pic available but I believe this is what I need. Can you send me spec sheet and pic? Venetian Bronze

Thank you for contacting us at Delta Faucet! I will be happy to help! Unfortunately, we do not currently have a spec sheet for this hand shower mount. However, there will be a screw that holds the hand shower mount in place located in the middle of the u-shaped cradle. This allows you to loosen and tighten the mount so it can slide up or down the bar. Please contact us directly if further assistance is needed at this time.
