Very poorly made and snapped in two
The fact I had to buy one of these because the original broke less than 5 years after instal tell you everything. The original wasn't used actively and just held a delta handshower that was rarely used. The item is very poorly made.

Poor quality - now discontinued???
Ours broke within a year of install (14 months after purchase though) same as the previous reviews and pictures. Submitted warranty claim this morning and a warranty PO issued within 4 hours which is awesome. Concern is that this product is of VERY poor quality/design and that it is now showing as discontinued on the website. What is the replacement when this one breaks which is inevitable?

Broke within 2 years of install and very cheap
We redid our bathroom in 2019 and installed a Delta Dryden Premium Single-Setting Slide Bar Hand Shower. The holder broke within the 2nd year after install.

We have this in our newly renovated shower and the screw holding the rotating piece has already stripped out. How do I get a replacement screw and plastic pieces to replace thiis?

To install a new sliding mechanism, first the bar will need to be removed. On some of our models there is a set screw holding the bar to the mounting hardware.

I see this product has been discontinued. Is there any old, new stock that is available? If not, is there a replacement part which will work for this Veroslide Bar Hand shower? If there isn't a substitute what is my next move?

RP64239PR Venetian bronze I need the internal screw and washer. Mine is broken. It is 3 years old.
I just purchased a house w/ the Dryden handheld. The slider bar is intact but the piece that holds the handheld is missing. Is it possible to get just that piece?
