We have this in our newly renovated shower and the screw holding the rotating piece has already stripped out. How do I get a replacement screw and plastic pieces to replace thiis?

I see this product has been discontinued. Is there any old, new stock that is available? If not, is there a replacement part which will work for this Veroslide Bar Hand shower? If there isn't a substitute what is my next move?

dear delta, after reviewing on-line comments about p/n RP64239SSPR, I see I am not alone experiencing failure of the part. My unit broke off at the plastic "bolt" holding the two pieces together. Is there a design upgrade on this part?.....metal?
