Looks Nice, Doesn't Work
For our brain new drain, the bathtub water drained because stopper didn't remain sealed. I had to manually press the rubber seal down every time.

Does not hold water
Bought this 2 weeks ago,does hold water, in the tub Tried
adjusting it up and down with same result. Went on U tube and found the solution. I bought a higher gasket at Home Depot. Now it works great.

Drain Keeps Popping up
Hello, I am wondering what I do to be able to keep the drain closed. It is difficult to take a bath as the tub fills but since the drain doesn't seal all the way, the water drains out as soon as the tub is done filling. Is there a new piece I can replace it with?

Service great, product lacking
The pop-up stopper is too tall to hold water in the tub. We’ve adjusted the stopper as shallow as possible and there is still a 1/8” gap between the seal and the drain. Order fulfillment was fast from build, but the product is disappointing at the very least. Now having to work through solutions to find a remedy.

Looks Unfinished, No extender
Really confused on this product. Purchased to go with a Cast Iron Freestanding tub. The recommended drain assembly for the tub didn't match the rest of my Champagne bronze hardware so I ordered this assembly. The only thing about this assembly that is Champagne Bronze is the drain pop up and the overflow plate. the rest of the assembly is horrible. it looks unfinished and, to top it off, is too short and Delta does not have an extension tube. Know this before you buy any of their Champagne Bronze items as this important item is NOT visually aesthetic and wont fit a taller tub. For reference, I have the Berclair 61" cast iron tub from Signature Hardware. For comparison, look at the drain assembly that is recommended for that tub and you will see what I mean by this being unattractive.

Is there an extender part or any way to make this taller? It doesn’t fit any but the shallowest tubs.

Is this the same color for Delta T14438-CZ champagne bronze?

Is this a 1 1/2" or 1 1/4" drain?

Thank you for your question. This drain requires a 1 5/8" minimum drain hole. The flange is 1 1/2".

Will it fit KOHLER Villager Bath?
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # RP693SS has a maximum vertical adjustment of 13 1/2" and a maximum horizontal adjustment of 7 1/2." You will need to check with Kohler to see if this will meet the specifications.

I've noticed that the shipping date had been pushed back twice and I'm in the middle of a remodel and need this assembly asap. Thank you very much.

We have been having some supplier issues for this model and are waiting on components in order to manufacture the part. Unfortunately there is nothing I can send you in the mean time to get you through until the real peice comes in. Hopefully we will get the peices in soon.

Is the actual drain pipe 1 1/4" or 1 1/2"? i.e. what size is the tail piece that goes into the trap?
